We offer many different products to tantalize your palette. Our specialties include croissants, puffs, danish, pastries, wraps, paninis and personal pizzas for both lunch and dinner. To serve you these delicious foods, Hot Breads Bakery Cafe of Artesia relies on our dedicated staff who have a passion for delivering high quality and great tasting food.
4:00 a.m. While the city sleeps, the first baker arrives, turns on the oven and starts mixing the first batch of dough to make breads. It is left to rise while he prepares the fillings for the stuffed puffs and croissants. He then works the dough, slicing, rolling and shaping it for the various puffs and croissants. Baking begins and the first batches start going in the oven.
5:30 a.m. The city is waking up slowly, the pastry chef arrives to bake the lovely sponges for gateaus and butter cream pastries.
7:30 a.m. Another baker arrives, taking over from the first at the oven door. He bakes the special Indian bread varieties, Panini breads and bread rolls, while the pastry chef peels fresh fruits to decorate the pastries.
10:00 a.m. Hot Breads Bakery Cafe of Artesia opens, freshly baked puffs, croissants and aromatic coffee fill the air as the first customers arrive to taste our tempting food.

I LOVE this place! It's actually a franchise that's quite popular on the East Coast and around the US, but this is the first location in Southern California(and it came to the right place). I stopped by on my way to Yogurtland one day,and I've returned many times since. They serve all sorts of cakes, which are both eggless and butterless (for all you Vegans!). So far,I've tried the pineapple(which had real chunks of pineapple),blackforest (chocolate/strawberry with a cherry on top:)), mango, and butterscotch.
